What is a bar hopping tour

Bar hopping is what is called “ladder drinking,” and it is also called “bar crawl” in English. In other words, walking across a few bars.
However, finding a bar in a foreign country is a very high hurdle for foreign tourists, and even if it is a city with many reviews on Google Maps, it is even more difficult in regional towns.
In particular, in the Nishiura area, where many old townscapes remain, it is difficult to find a store where you can see the inside of the store from the outside, and you often don't even know if they are open or not...
Therefore, we organized a bar-hopping tour and planned this tour so that people could enjoy Fujiyoshida at night.

What is the Nishi-Ura Area

Retro and nostalgic bar district at the foot of Mt. Fuji

In Fujiyoshida, the city of Mt. Fuji and textiles, there is an area called “Nishiura” with strong remnants of the Showa era. This once flourished as one of the best entertainment districts in the Kanto region, and there are still dozens of bars. It is a place of relaxation for the people of the city and those traveling to the Fuji Five Lakes region.
